Founder annual pricing is paid in full at checkout and qualifies you for a numbered Founding 50 position only after payment is confirmed. If you are currently using complimentary six-month Pro+ access, that access continues through its original end date; your paid annual term begins afterward, and the $149/month plan will not start.

What happens if I start Pro/Pro+ but do not complete payment?
Your progress is saved. You can return and complete checkout later. No listing is created until payment succeeds.
When do paid users get dashboard access?
Immediately after successful payment. Verification runs in the background and does not delay access.
Can I still choose Founder 50 annual pricing?
Yes. Founder 50 annual plans are available during the launch window and offer significant savings with grandfathered rates.
Can I upgrade from Pro to Pro+ later?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time. You’ll only be charged the $50/month difference, and your existing content and settings will carry over.
Do I need a custom domain for Pro+?
No. You can use a subdomain initially if you prefer. Pro+ includes a full 4-page website that can be connected to your own custom domain at any time.
Are commissions and overrides taxable?
Yes. All earnings are considered taxable income. FinTechful will issue 1099-NEC forms for US users who earn $600 or more in a calendar year.
How soon after upgrading do I start earning higher commissions?
Immediately. Your new commission rates (20% for Pro, 25% for Pro+) apply to all qualifying activity from the moment your upgrade is active.
Are leads really free?
Yes. On Featured Pro and Featured Pro+ tiers, you receive unlimited leads with no per-lead fees whatsoever. Leads come directly through LeadFlow and directory inquiries.
Are there any costs to the Custom Domain Showcase Website?
No additional costs. Pro+ members receive a premium Showcase website with custom domain included at no extra charge.
If I refer another business to join FinTechful, what kind of commissions can I earn?
As long as you maintain an active Featured Pro or Pro+ subscription, you can earn in four ways:
- Directory Subscription Referrals: Earn 15% (Pro) or 20% (Pro+) recurring commission on the referred business's paid subscription for as long as they stay subscribed.
- Funding Events: Earn a share of the gross commission paid by the funding provider. For example, on a $2,000 provider commission from a $50,000 funding deal, you earn 20% ($400) on Pro or 25% ($500) on Pro+. This applies even if the referred user is on the Free tier.
- Premium Website Subscriptions: Earn 15% (Pro) or 20% (Pro+) recurring commission on any premium website subscription purchased by your referral.
- Level-2 Overrides: If your referral brings in another user who generates a funding or subscription event, you earn an override of 5% (Pro) or 7.5% (Pro+) on the gross commissions from that event.
